I           Major Responsibility

-          Responsible for engineering activities in line with BSS policies and procedures. Work in accordance with design and installation standards for Front End system to facilitate safe, reliable, efficient, cost effective operations and maintenance of BSS. Support service providers for continuing usage of all Front End equipment.

 

II.                  Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Projects :

-          Maintain standards of BSS Front End system.

-          Participates in the requirement analysis and software/system architecture definition in multiple projects.

-          Prepares system and functional specifications for application development.

-          Liaisons and coordinates with business partners, vendors and relevant parties for software/system design, development, integration, and testing.

 

Supports :

-          Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for BSS’s Front End equipment.

-          Responsible for trouble shooting and problem solving.

-          Responsible for services activities on Front End system including installation, relocation and commissioning.

-          Searching for result regarding performance, reliability, bugs and any other failures.

-          Provide technical expertise to related parties where necessary.

 

System Security :

-          Maintain and aware on security standards of BSS Front End system.

 

Others :

-          Performs other duties as assigned.

b.       Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

c.       Age

24 years old up.

d.       Core Competency

-          At least 2 years’ experience in related working experiences or good education grade.

-          Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, Good understanding of analytical and investigative procedures.

-          Self-motivated, service-minded and team player.

-          Work both independently and under pressure.

-          Good command in English and Thai both spoken and written.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills.

e.       Technical /Functional Competencies

-          Computer Skills (C/C++, Visual C++, VB).

-          Knowledge on software development life cycle and configuration management.
